We’re Hiring: Freelance Tour Operations Specialist – UK / Ireland
PrimeMeridian DMC is looking for an experienced Freelance Tour Operations Specialist to support our growing international operations across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Africa.
This is a Remote, freelance operations role focused on managing confirmed travel bookings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel, transport, and sightseeing reservations
- Supplier coordination and rate sourcing
- Itinerary preparation and costing
- Booking confirmations and travel documentation
- FIT, Group, Luxury, and MICE operations
- Pre-departure and on-tour operational support

What We Offer:
- £150 per successfully completed qualifying booking file + Individual Share

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in tour operations, DMC, travel agency, or tour operator environments, with strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, Europe, and African destinations.

Candidates should preferably be based in the UK or Ireland and be legally entitled to undertake freelance work in their country of residence.
If you have strong destination knowledge, supplier-management skills, and experience handling international travel operations, we would be pleased to hear from you.
