Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and organised Tourism Campaign Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns promoting destinations, attractions, travel experiences, and tourism services.
The successful candidate will help manage campaign activities across digital and traditional channels, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor campaign performance to support visitor engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of tourism marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, content, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Develop and organise promotional content for websites, social media, email, and other channels.
- Assist with destination, travel product, and tourism event campaigns.
- Research tourism trends, target audiences, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with tourism partners, suppliers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and audience response.
- Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Support social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and promotional activities.
- Assist with campaign events, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain campaign records, marketing materials, and project documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign reach, engagement, and effectiveness.

Requirements
- Interest in tourism, travel, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative approach to content and marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous marketing or tourism experience is beneficial but not essential.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or digital advertising.
- Knowledge of tourism and travel industry trends.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
- Experience working with tourism organisations, travel companies, hotels, attractions, or destination marketing organisations is advantageous.
