We are looking for a creative, organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Tourism Campaign Executive with an interest in travel, tourism, destinations, marketing, digital communication, and travel experiences.
In this role, you will support tourism-related promotional activities, assist with travel campaign coordination, research destinations and travel products, and help communicate relevant travel information to customers and audiences.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tourism products and promotional activities, including holiday packages, hotels and accommodation, tourist attractions, local experiences, city breaks, outdoor activities, themed travel experiences, seasonal travel products, family holidays, leisure travel, and international destinations.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, marketing, destination research, communication, content, customer engagement, campaign coordination, and learning about different tourism markets, particularly those looking for a flexible remote working arrangement.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of tourism-related promotional campaigns.
- Research destinations, travel products, tourism experiences, and relevant market information.
- Assist with preparing travel-related promotional information and campaign materials.
- Help identify suitable travel products for different customer groups.
- Assist with promoting destinations, holiday options, attractions, activities, and travel experiences.
- Review travel product information to ensure promotional information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with communicating campaign information through appropriate digital and communication channels.
- Monitor customer responses and general engagement with tourism-related campaigns.
- Assist with organising campaign information, promotional schedules, and relevant materials.
- Follow up on campaign-related enquiries and requests where required.
- Communicate with relevant team members and travel suppliers when additional information is required.
- Support seasonal tourism campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with introducing new travel products and destinations to customers and audiences.
- Help identify alternative promotional opportunities based on customer interests and travel trends.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign-related information and activities.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks associated with tourism campaigns.
- Complete assigned campaign tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.
π£ Tourism Campaign & Customer Engagement
The role focuses on helping tourism businesses communicate their travel products effectively while creating useful and engaging experiences for customers.
Your work may include helping to:
- Understand different traveller interests and preferences.
- Identify suitable destinations and travel products for different customer groups.
- Support promotional campaigns for seasonal travel periods.
- Help communicate the features and benefits of different travel products.
- Present destination and travel information in a clear and engaging way.
- Assist with introducing customers to new destinations and experiences.
- Support promotional activities for hotels, attractions, tours, activities, and holiday packages.
- Monitor customer questions and responses relating to promotional campaigns.
- Provide additional information when customers request clarification.
- Help improve campaign communication based on customer feedback and engagement.
- Support the coordination of different promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication across campaign-related activities.
