We are looking for a creative, organised, and motivated Tourism Campaign Executive with an interest in travel, tourism, destinations, marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and promotion of tourism campaigns designed to introduce customers to destinations, travel products, holiday experiences, accommodation, attractions, local experiences, seasonal offers, and other tourism-related services.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of tourism campaigns, including destination campaigns, seasonal travel promotions, holiday campaigns, city-break promotions, travel experience campaigns, accommodation promotions, themed travel campaigns, and other tourism-related promotional activities.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy travel, tourism, marketing, campaign planning, destination research, content coordination, customer engagement, and learning about different tourism markets, particularly those looking for a flexible remote working arrangement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of tourism marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns for destinations, travel products, holidays, attractions, accommodation, and travel experiences.
  • Research destinations, tourism products, traveller interests, and relevant market information.
  • Assist in developing campaign ideas, themes, and promotional concepts.
  • Help organise campaign information, timelines, promotional materials, and assigned tasks.
  • Support the preparation of tourism-related campaign content and promotional materials.
  • Assist with social media and digital campaign activities where required.
  • Help coordinate seasonal travel campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Review campaign information to ensure that tourism products and promotional details are accurate.
  • Support the communication of campaign messages across appropriate channels.
  • Monitor general campaign activity and organise relevant updates.
  • Assist with customer-facing promotional communications.
  • Coordinate with relevant team members or travel suppliers when additional information is required.
  • Maintain organised campaign records and marketing information.
  • Follow up on assigned campaign activities and deadlines.
  • Complete daily campaign-related tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.

Your work may include helping to:
