Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Tourism Coordinator to support tourism programmes, travel initiatives, destination activities, and related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tourism programmes, projects, and promotional activities.
- Assist with planning tourism events and destination initiatives.
- Communicate with tourism partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain schedules, records, bookings, and project documentation.
- Support tourism marketing campaigns.
- Research tourism trends and visitor preferences.
- Prepare reports and administrative documents.
- Assist with meetings, events, and tourism activities.
- Respond to enquiries and provide professional support.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Requirements
- Interest in tourism, travel, hospitality, or marketing.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous tourism or travel experience is beneficial but not essential.
