We're Hiring: Tourism Marketing Coordinator

Remote — United Kingdom

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate

💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month

Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.

We're looking for a creative, organised, and motivated Tourism Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the travel and tourism sector.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, tourism, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement, and who enjoys coordinating projects in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate tourism marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives
  • Create and coordinate engaging travel-related content
  • Assist with social media and online marketing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, tourism partners, and external suppliers
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
  • Research travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Support seasonal and destination-focused marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
  • Strong interest in travel, tourism, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Previous experience in marketing, tourism, hospitality, or content creation is a plus, but not essential
