🛠️ We’re Hiring: Tourism Marketing Executive (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Tourism Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote travel destinations, tourism products, experiences, and services. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of tourism and travel marketing campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital channels
  • Promote destinations, travel experiences, tours, attractions, hotels, and tourism products
  • Manage and maintain social media content calendars and marketing schedules
  • Research travel trends, customer preferences, destinations, and competitor activity
  • Support paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to develop promotional materials
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
  • Analyse website traffic, social media engagement, campaign results, and customer behaviour
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries, and bookings
  • Assist with SEO, content marketing, and online promotional activities
  • Coordinate marketing materials, photography, video content, brochures, and other promotional assets
  • Support partnerships with tourism organisations, travel agencies, hotels, attractions, influencers, and other industry partners
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases, content, and campaign documentation
  • Stay up to date with tourism trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging travel markets

✅ Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interest in tourism, travel, hospitality, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong content writing and storytelling abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse marketing data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
