Tourism Marketing Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Tourism Marketing Executive to support the promotion of tourism destinations, attractions, travel experiences, and hospitality offerings. This role will plan and execute marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, visitor engagement, and tourism demand across targeted markets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated tourism marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support tourism brand positioning, promotional strategies, and destination awareness initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify visitor preferences, travel trends, target segments, and growth opportunities.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms and monitor audience engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with hotels, attractions, airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, tourism boards, and other industry partners.
- Support tourism events, exhibitions, roadshows, trade fairs, media visits, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, content creators, agencies, and media partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging tourism and travel trends.
- Track marketing KPIs, campaign results, visitor engagement, and lead-generation performance.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, campaign reviews, and performance recommendations.
- Assist with partnerships, promotional packages, seasonal campaigns, and tourism sales initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.

✅ Requirements
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand promotion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content development abilities.
- Understanding of tourism consumer behavior and travel-market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and campaign data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and participate in tourism events and promotional activities when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
