We're Hiring: Tourism Officer
Remote — United Kingdom
Full-Time
Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month
Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Tourism Officer to support tourism activities, customer engagement, travel services, and relationship management across the travel and hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, tourism, customer service, and creating positive experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment, supporting customers and tourism partners throughout their travel experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support tourism and travel-related activities and initiatives
- Communicate with customers, travellers, tourism partners, and hospitality businesses
- Respond to enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
- Provide information about destinations, travel experiences, and hospitality services
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and service-related issues
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams and tourism or hospitality partners
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
- Support tourism promotion, customer engagement, and relationship-building initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
- Passion or interest in travel and tourism
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers remotely
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or customer service is a plus, but not essential
