We're Hiring: Tourism Officer

Remote — United Kingdom

Full-Time

Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate

💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month

Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Tourism Officer to support tourism activities, travel services, customer engagement, and relationship management across the travel and hospitality sector.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, tourism, communication, customer service, and helping people discover new destinations and experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment, supporting customers and tourism partners throughout their travel journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support tourism and travel-related activities and initiatives
  • Communicate with travellers, customers, tourism partners, and hospitality businesses
  • Respond to travel and tourism enquiries and provide timely assistance
  • Provide information about destinations, attractions, accommodation, and travel experiences
  • Assist with tourism promotions and customer engagement activities
  • Handle customer requests, feedback, and service-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, travel providers, and tourism partners
  • Maintain accurate customer and tourism-related records
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve experiences
  • Support tourism campaigns, promotional initiatives, and destination awareness
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and tourism partners

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
  • Passion or interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable communicating with customers remotely
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, customer service, or administration is a plus, but not essential
