Job Overview
We are seeking a Tourism Operations professional to support the daily coordination and operational activities of tourism and travel services. This role is suitable for organized candidates who enjoy working with travel-related processes, coordinating suppliers and service providers, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers and partners.
No extensive prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tourism and travel-related operational activities.
- Assist with tour, travel, accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, travel partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor bookings, schedules, confirmations, and service availability.
- Support the coordination of travel itineraries and operational requirements.
- Resolve routine booking, scheduling, and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records, booking information, and customer data.
- Assist with improving tourism service processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor service quality and help ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare basic operational reports and updates for management.
- Support special travel projects, events, and destination-related activities when required.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in tourism, travel, hospitality, or customer operations.
- Previous tourism or travel experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
