Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Tourism Partnerships Executive to support the development and management of partnerships across the travel and tourism sector. The successful candidate will work with tourism organisations, travel businesses, destination partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to develop collaborative opportunities, support joint marketing activities, and strengthen tourism initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of tourism partnerships.
- Identify potential partners and research new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism businesses and stakeholders.
- Assist with partnership proposals, presentations, agreements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and tourism initiatives.
- Communicate with partners regarding campaigns, projects, events, and deliverables.
- Monitor partnership activities and maintain accurate records.
- Support meetings, networking events, workshops, and industry activities.
- Research tourism market trends and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare partnership reports, updates, and performance summaries.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, tourism, and project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement and long-term collaboration.

Requirements
- Interest in tourism, travel, marketing, partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational and coordination abilities.
- Professional and confident communication style.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in tourism, partnerships, business development, or marketing is beneficial but not essential.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with tourism organisations, travel companies, hotels, attractions, or destination marketing organisations.
- Familiarity with partnership marketing and collaborative campaigns.
- Experience with CRM systems and business databases.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UK travel and tourism industry trends.
- Experience coordinating events, networking activities, or industry partnerships is advantageous.
