📍 Remote (United Kingdom)

💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per month
We’re looking for a motivated, organised, commercially minded, and relationship-focused Tourism Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the travel and tourism sector.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, tourism, project management, partnerships, operations, and business development, and who enjoys coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and contributing to successful project delivery and commercial growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of tourism project strategies across the travel and tourism sector
- Plan, coordinate, and manage tourism-related projects from initiation through to completion
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, suppliers, and commercial opportunities
- Develop relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, attractions, tourism boards, destination organisations, and other industry partners
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, and priorities
- Support project meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations, partnership agreements, and commercial negotiations
- Promote tourism products, destinations, travel packages, experiences, services, and project opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tourism trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of projects, tasks, contacts, documentation, and project activity
- Manage follow-ups with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Assist with developing partnership, sponsorship, affiliate, distribution, and co-marketing opportunities
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, webinars, networking events, familiarisation trips, trade shows, and industry activities
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, operations, and partnerships teams to deliver tourism projects
- Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, deliverables, risks, and performance
- Prepare project reports, market updates, progress reports, and management presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business
- Support contract renewals, partner onboarding, commercial documentation, and project administration
- Stay up to date with tourism industry developments, market conditions, distribution channels, and emerging business opportunities

🤝 Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build professional relationships with key tourism and travel industry stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with clients, potential and existing partners to understand their needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities for mutually beneficial commercial partnerships
- Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, events, and partnership initiatives
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all business interactions
📊 Project Management & Business Development
- Research target markets and identify high-potential tourism project opportunities
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities
- Assist with setting and achieving project, business development, and revenue targets
- Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and commercial opportunities
- Analyse market and project data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Contribute ideas for improving project delivery, customer acquisition, partnerships, distribution, and revenue performance
✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate with 0–3+ years of experience
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Project Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Strong interest in tourism, travel, project management, partnerships, and business development
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong research, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop practical business solutions
- Comfortable working with project management tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software, and business development tools
- Familiarity with travel products, tourism services, digital marketing, or travel distribution is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prospects, meetings, and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Willingness to attend occasional industry events, meetings, exhibitions, or networking activities
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
