Founded in 1956, the company remains family-owned, with its Northern Ireland roots Tayto Crisps and Snacks and Tayto Castle at the headquarters in Tandragee.
Role Description
An exciting opportunity has come up for a recent graduate to gain a year's hands-on industry experience covering maternity for 12 months as Tours and PR Co-ordinator. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Castle. Full hand-over and training will be given. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the public tours and supporting events and PR activities that promote Tayto locally. Coming up with Tours content and marketing via social media. Day-to-day tasks include dealing with all visitors, pre, during, and post tours, and managing the team of 5 Tour Guides. The role includes assisting with PR campaigns and events, management of Tours Shop and our online shop, and handling of complaints. Reporting to Tayto Marketing Director, Mr. Tayto and his diary will be in your safe hands!

Qualifications
- Candidates will be a recent graduate who would like to gain hands-on experience within this busy consumer-facing role.
- Ideally, you will have had some experience in the hospitality sector or similar.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple activities at once.
- A strong team leader.
- Comfort working on-site with the public, including groups of varying sizes and ages, and providing an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools; familiarity with social media or marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field is advantageous, as is prior experience in PR coordination or similar roles.
- Full clean driving licence
