Town Planner or Senior Town Planner
Manchester
£40k - £65k plus package
We are working with a hugely successful, privately owned developer in Leeds, who due to recent and continued success are looking to strengthen the planning team with three hires.
You'd work closely with the high performing senior team members, on complex, interesting projects and would have the chance to learn & develop in a superb environment.

On offer is a salary of circa £40k - £65k, plus package and bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a portfolio of town planning projects
- Support the land acquisition team with planning knowledge & guidance.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local plans and general planning knowledge

Key experience:
- Degree qualified and MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
- Experience working on planning projects, ideally in residential or retirement / care.
