Town Planner Opportunity
We are seeking a Town Planner. The ideal candidate will contribute to the planning and development process, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

This opportunity is with a medium-sized organisation operating within the Property industry. The company is well-established and known for its expertise in delivering professional services to its diverse client base.
Description
- Prepare and submit planning applications in line with local and national regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to support development proposals.
- Provide detailed advice to clients on planning policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of planning applications and projects.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and their impact on the planning process.

Profile
A successful Town Planner should have:
- A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Experience in the Property industry or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using planning-related software and tools.
