Presently we have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to be & grow our planning & urban design services across our Belfast & Coleraine offices, working in either a full or part time capacity.

Working closely with our architects you will play a key role shaping development proposals from the earliest design stages through to securing planning approval.

The Role:

  • Complement the practices architectural & urban design work
  • Manage planning applications across both offices
  • Provide planning advice to clients & the design team
  • Prepare planning statements and coordination of submissions
  • Help develop & expand our urban design portfolio
  • Liaise with local authorities, statutory consultees & clients

Requirements:

  • Experience in private planning consultancy or the Public Sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Northern Ireland Planning System
  • Excellent Written, presentation and general communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a design-led practice
