Planner Role:
- Contribute to the successful development of significant projects, supporting senior planners in achieving project goals.
- Assist with project management of external consultant teams, ensuring the needs of clients and all relevant stakeholders are met.
- Provide high-quality analysis, research, and written reports, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
- Support the submission of planning applications and planning strategies, assisting with the overall management of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

- Excellent academic qualifications with an RTPI/RICS accredited qualification.
- Ambition and drive to influence and contribute to the development of large-scale, high-profile projects.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
- Energetic, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel.
- Ideally, candidates will already have RTPI chartership or be working towards submission in the near future.
