Depending on the role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage and deliver a diverse range of planning projects.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and provide strategic planning advice.
- Liaise with local planning authorities, clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Lead projects from inception through to determination.
- Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior members of the planning team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the planning practice.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who are:
- Passionate about planning and the built environment.
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills.
- Confident managing projects, clients and deadlines.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Ambitious and keen to develop their career.
- MRTPI qualified or working towards RTPI membership where appropriate.
