Job Title: TPI Fixed Account Manager
Brook Green Supply (BGS) is a leading independent B2B energy supplier, delivering tailored energy supply and Net-Zero solutions to industrial and commercial consumers.
This is a full-time role based in Hammersmith, London, Monday to Friday, with a competitive base salary plus commission.
Reporting into the Head of TPI Sales, the TPI Fixed Account Manager develops and manages TPI and broker relationships to drive volume, revenue and market presence.
This is a core outbound sales role suited to someone who enjoys building trust, getting in front of partners, managing deals proactively and closing business in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of TPI and broker relationships through proactive calls, meetings, events and regular engagement.
- Win new business, increase market share and position Brook Green Supply as a go-to supplier for fixed energy contracts.
- Manage fixed energy tenders from enquiry through to deal acceptance, ensuring pricing and deal structures align with commercial objectives and broker requirements.
- Work closely with Trading, Operations and Support teams to ensure smooth execution and clear handover.
- Represent Brook Green Supply professionally in the broker market, including face-to-face meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
- Promote the company’s proposition, values and strategy consistently across the broker portfolio.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong sales drive, resilience and determination to succeed in a high-activity outbound sales environment.
- Confident building relationships, influencing decision-makers and communicating professionally and persuasively.
- Commercially minded, numerate and focused on winning business.
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage your own workload and priorities.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively across functions.
- Previous sales experience, with broker or intermediary experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the UK energy market is advantageous but not essential.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
