The Role:

Brook Green Supply (BGS) is a leading independent B2B energy supplier, delivering tailored energy supply and Net-Zero solutions to industrial and commercial consumers.

Reporting into the Head of TPI Sales, the TPI Flex Account Manager manages and grows strategic relationships with TPIs operating in the I&C energy space.

This is a TPI-facing sales account management role focused on flexible energy procurement. You will manage longer-term, more complex procurement processes through a consultative and structured approach, working with TPIs, customers, Trading and internal stakeholders to deliver well-managed outcomes.

The role suits someone with a strong commercial mindset, disciplined pipeline management and confidence working with senior stakeholders, strategic customers and complex sales cycles.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Build, develop and strengthen strategic TPI relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to drive growth across Brook Green Supply and TPI relationships.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to TPIs and customers throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Structure and tailor flexible energy solutions to meet TPI and customer needs.
  • Own and manage a varied pipeline, maintaining control of opportunities at different stages.
  • Manage flexible energy tenders from initial enquiry through to execution.
  • Support TPIs and customers with procurement strategy, market insight and product structuring.
  • Work closely with Trading and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate flexible purchasing solutions.
  • Understand and manage commercial risk, ensuring opportunities progress and execute effectively.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within existing TPI relationships to grow volume and value.
  • Contribute ideas, plans and initiatives that strengthen Brook Green Supply’s position in the TPI flex market.
  • Represent Brook Green Supply with credibility and professionalism to strategic customers and TPIs.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with confidence managing complex, longer-term sales processes.
  • Credible, consultative and professional communication style with senior stakeholders, TPIs and large energy users.
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and account planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across Sales, Trading and Operations.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within complex or consultative environments.
  • Experience in the UK energy industry, particularly flexible procurement, is highly desirable.
  • Experience growing and developing TPI relationships is advantageous.
  • Strong performers from outside the energy sector with relevant transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
