We are seeking a TPRM Analyst. This role is focused on supporting the RUN aspects of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within a finance department, ensuring the effective assessment and processing of third-party requests while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with business requestors across the EMEA region to review new requests, providing guidance and assessing accuracy.
  • Own the throughput of requests for both external third parties and intragroup relationships within the EMEA TPRM process.
  • Expedite reviews with key stakeholders such as Cyber Security & Data Privacy.
  • Support and escalate the completion of due diligence questionnaires and follow-up questions with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate risk assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Work with offshore teams to manage transactions and drive process efficiencies.
  • Participate in projects to address issues within the TPRM process under the direction of the VP.
  • Maintain procedural controls for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act in a consultative capacity, providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of best practices in TPRM.
  • Oversee the onboarding requests and supplier performance reviews.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate incidents when necessary.
  • Support change initiatives by managing positive communication and implementation strategies.
