Client Deployment Role Description

Albany Beck are seeking a TPRM Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end Third Party Risk Management lifecycle, ensuring third-party relationships are assessed, monitored, and managed in line with established TPM policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the role will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, due diligence activities, and ongoing vendor risk management activities to identify, challenge, and mitigate third-party risks.

Acting as a key point of contact across business functions and senior stakeholder groups, the TPRM Analyst will gather, analyse, and interpret complex information, applying a strong risk mindset to assess service risks, evidence quality, control effectiveness, and remediation activities. The role requires the ability to constructively challenge stakeholders, identify gaps, and drive appropriate mitigation actions to ensure risks are effectively managed.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts across the TPM process, coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery, accurate reporting, effective governance, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. They will support approvals, escalations, MI reporting, audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the TPM framework.

This role will also contribute to the ongoing maturity of the Third Party Management Office by identifying process enhancements, supporting policy and procedure updates, and providing guidance and coaching to business stakeholders to promote effective third-party risk management practices.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end Third Party Management Office activities, such as completing risk assessments and due diligence activities in line with the TPM Policy and Procedure and operate with a mature degree of autonomy within the TPM process.
  • Act as a main point of contact between key stakeholders within the business ranging in seniority levels gathering and interpreting complex information.
  • Operate with a risk mindset to manage service and vendor risk through remediation and identify mitigation activities.
  • Actively challenges stakeholders on risk, evidence quality, and mitigations on the information received from the business stakeholders.
  • Coordinates activity with key Subject Matter Experts within the TPM Process to ensure the smooth delivery of work in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure all approvals, escalations, and reporting is conducted as required, maintaining accuracy and consistency of data used for MI.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to an evolving TPM framework, inclusive of providing support in the implementation and execution of updates to the TPM Policy, Procedures and other documents.
  • Escalate with analysis and recommendation rather than issues to line managers.
  • Supports TPM leads with regulatory exams, audits and internal reviews.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and informal coaching to the business and to wider stakeholders where required.

  • Ability to approach problems analytically and confidently drive tasks through to completion.
  • Intermediate ability with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Third Party Management experience.
