Key Responsibilities:
- Venue & Overlay Design: Produce, update, and manage integrated venue CAD drawings, coordinating spatial requirements for temporary facilities, spectator flows, and client group access.
- Build & Dismantle Oversight: Manage on-site build and de-rig schedules for Track & Overlay suppliers and also facilitate the coordination of multi-disciplined suppliers such as power, branding, broadcast, technology, furniture and fit-out.
- Local Promoter & Supplier Liaison: Work closely with local promoters, operators, and contractors to ensure overlay specifications are fully understood and executed to Formula E standards.
- Hospitality & Fan Zone Integration: Provide technical overlay support for hospitality suites, fan zones, and commercial activation spaces.
- Site Safety & Contractor Management: Gather required contractor Health & Safety documentation, enforce safe on-site working practices, and manage regulatory compliance.
- Budgeting & Scope Scoping: Support the procurement process by writing technical scopes, managing operational budgets, and conducting post-event audits to drive future efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
