OCR is working with one of the world’s leading global macro hedge funds, managing more than $15 billion in assets across the US, Europe and Asia.
The firm is looking to add an experienced Trading Assistant / Trade Support professional to its London team, supporting PMs and Traders across a broad range of macro products. The role will combine core trade support responsibilities with direct front-office interaction, alongside opportunities to contribute to automation, process improvement and wider project work.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Trading Assistant, Trade Support or Middle Office role
- Experience supporting PMs or Traders directly
- A strong Rates background, including products such as Interest Rate Swaps and Swaptions
- Strong Python and/or SQL skills, with clear examples of using technology to automate or improve processes
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support coding and automation is welcomed
- Buy-side or sell-side backgrounds will both be considered
