Role Overview
A boutique hedge fund with significant, and growing, AUM is looking for a FO trade assistant to support their traders. The role has arisen due to an internal move to the tech team which displays the progressive nature of the fund and how they like to develop the talent that they have.

- Provide desk support to a number of PMs across fixed income and credit investments.
- Analyse risk and P&L metrics.
- Manage trade capture.
- Optimise cash/margin.
- General reporting.
- Use Python/AI to a decent level due to the internal reliance on tech and automation.
Requirements
- Preferred: fixed income/credit background.
- Experience: 3-4 years is ideal.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python/AI.

Compensation
Comp will be according to suitability and experience, but the fund is known to pay well above market averages, with excellent business visibility and career development opportunities.
