About The Role

Wren has a fast-growing Trade Division offering our Trade customers a market-leading range of outstanding kitchens and bedrooms backed up by unrivalled service which includes our industry-leading design package right through to our world-class delivery service. This means we are in a fantastic position to support our Trade Customers to help their customers bring their dream kitchen and bedrooms to life.

Our Trade Business Developers will play a key part in driving our growth further. Ensuring that our trade account base continues to grow and that our registered trade customers are contacted on a regular basis in order to establish solid, long-lasting relationships.

This role is Monday - Friday and offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE plus commission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area, ensuring they are aware of the Wren Trade model and benefits.
  • Keep in regular contact with your Trade Customers in order to drive lead intake to pass on to your team of showroom Designers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Wren Trade within your local state-of-the-art Wren showroom. Conduct tours of the showroom to trade customers showcasing the fantastic ways in which we will look after their customers throughout their kitchen or bedroom journey.
  • Support your team of showroom Designers by helping them to keep their trade customers up to date with their outstanding orders and leads.
  • Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each of your duties.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.

About You

  • A positive, passionate approach to delivering outstanding customer service
  • A fantastic telephone manner.
  • A proactive approach to business development, creative in finding new and innovative ways to engage customers.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the trade kitchen market would be beneficial.
