Job Title: Ecommerce Trading Coordinator

Department: Ecommerce

Reporting to: Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager

Role Purpose:

Jimmy Choo is looking for an Ecommerce Trading Coordinator, responsible for the day-to-day trading of regional Jimmy Choo websites, taking ownership of inventory management, execution of product launch, and providing Trade Manager with action-driven insights to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor trading KPIs and web analytics on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis, rolling into global eCommerce analysis, highlighting opportunities to drive performance and executing actions in an agile and efficient way.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure the sites are localized against key initiatives, with regionally relevant content and merchandising.
  • Manage seasonal collection and capsule launches ensuring all product launch deadlines are met, on-site touchpoints are updating accordingly, and owning the pre-order inventory process.
  • Ownership of inventory management processes in order to drive visibility of stock across the Ecom team, sharing intake and ISNOS reports, maintaining omnichannel fulfillment rules, and flagging stock risks with Trading Manager.
  • Use analysis of customer behavior platforms in order to optimize the onsite journey and help shape future development opportunities.
  • Closely monitor competitor trends and activity, making recommendations to drive sales and utilize innovations within the industry e.g., AI.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing team to ensure regional category focuses are incorporated into marketing activations.
  • Line Manager to Trading Assistant.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ online trading experience ideally in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI desirable
  • French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese language skills advantageous but not essential
