At dormakaba, we believe in creating spaces where everyone can thrive. We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our Trade Counter team in our Bridgnorth Office. Whether you're already in a leadership role or ready to take the next step, we’ll support your growth with training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment. Already a successful branch, we are looking for someone with the confidence to support the team to get them to the next level.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team at our busy trade counter.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from customer service to inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement, with a focus on service excellence.
  • Champion a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in trade counter, retail, or customer-facing environments.
  • Comfortable using IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) — training provided.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great service.
  • Someone who values teamwork, integrity, personal development, and who is committed to a "hands on" role.
  • Preference will be given to those who have previously worked in a Trade Counter Environment with a proven track record in people management.
