Role Overview
The Trade Centre Assistant plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch, helping to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience. You will support customers in person, by phone and by email, ensuring they receive the right products and service to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and supporting customers, providing product guidance in a friendly and professional way
- Processing transactions and customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and managing customer orders and deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy
- Supporting stock control, replenishment and general housekeeping to maintain a well-presented trade centre
- Working with colleagues to support branch sales and performance targets
- Following health and safety procedures to help maintain a safe working environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth branch operations
- Promoting our values of Decency, Passion and Pride in all interactions
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties to support the wider team and business

Requirements
- A customer-focused approach with good communication skills
- A team-focused attitude and pride in delivering a high standard of service
- Good organisation skills and a reliable, proactive approach to tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Confidence using IT systems, including trading platforms and Microsoft packages
- A commitment to our values of Decency, Passion and Pride
