Position overview

Do you have a knack for customer service, both face to face or over the phone, an eye for detail and the ability to successfully collaborate with others?

Our trade counters team, based in Bristol, support a range of external customers with the supply of parts and systems, dispatching orders and dealing with queries, in person, over the phone and via email.

What you will do

The Trade Counter Sales Assistant is responsible to provide best customer experience. As a Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

As part of this team, the main responsibilities will include processing sales orders / returns and providing quotations, to offering technical advice to customers. The work is split between the face-to-face work and the phone / email, so you need to be comfortable with all sorts of communication and administration. This needs someone with a confident and capable attitude who is also comfortable with contacting suppliers, order chasing, updating customers with the latest prices and availability.

Hours of work

8.00am – 5.00pm Mon - Thurs. 8.00am-3pm Fri

What we require

  • Education in Math, English
  • 1-2 years of sales experience. Computer literate
