The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated paralegal to join our high performing Trade Marks team on a full-time basis. This newly created role offers the chance to work with a growing number of British and international businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them to protect, manage and enforce their brand assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing trade mark correspondence issued by trade mark offices around the world
- Managing trade mark portfolios, including monitoring deadlines, providing regular updates to clients, and assisting with maintenance requirements
- Assisting with preparing and filing trade mark applications and documentation with trade mark offices around the world
- Liaising with clients throughout the trade mark application process
- Preparing quotes and cost estimates for complex client work
- Supporting lawyers with evidence projects
- Performing trade mark conflict checks for new and existing clients
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career paralegal to step into a supportive team that offers real responsibility and direct client contact. Prior experience in trade mark matters will be highly valued but is not essential.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience as paralegal or administrative assistant in a busy legal environment
- Available to work full-time, including approximately two days per week in the office
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Highly efficient, organised, and tech savvy
- Cool and calm under pressure
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team
