Trade Mark Paralegal
I am currently working with a leading International Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Trade Mark Paralegal to the team due to an internal promotion. The team is renowned for their Brands practice and they deal with a real range of different clients including Fashion Brands, Gaming and Betting clients and Broadcasters. They are looking for someone to take a lead on the Renewals side of things and are open to Trade Mark Paralegals, Secretary's and Administrators.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications.
- Preparing and filing all registry forms including for oppositions.
- Reporting and carrying out trade mark and design renewals.
- Preparing initial cost estimates for trade mark and design filings.
- Preparing trade mark and design schedules for clients.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience of Trade Marks experience
- Ideally will be CITMA qualified but this is not a requirement
- Ability to carry out all aspects of trade mark and design formalities work
