We’re Hiring: Trade Marketing Assistant (12 Month FTC Maternity Cover)
This entry-level role is designed for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys problem-solving and is willing to take initiative. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the entire marketing team, gaining exposure to various aspects of marketing, whilst working with integrity and collaboratively. This role is ideal for someone who is taking the first step in their marketing career and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Support the creation and delivery of marketing activation tools such as sales brochures, training documents, and visual planograms, that align with the brand guidelines.
- Gather, format, and resize product imagery and descriptions to maintain a consistent and on-brand visual identity where required.
- Conduct digital audits of websites, identifying best practices, evaluating the customer journey, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Write clear and concise briefs for the creative team to develop engaging and on-brand marketing assets.
- Support in the management of display compartments, assisting customers with requests for display parts and tracking movements within the warehouse.
- Provide support and attendance at PR events and trade exhibitions, ensuring brand representation is engaging, professional, and consistent. As well as coordinating relevant materials to support these events.
- Conduct store visits across the UK, providing reports on brand representation, identifying areas for improvement, and resolving any issues.
- Assist photography shoots by gathering watches, wardrobe, display, and/or other necessary items where needed.
- Assist in the administration of purchase orders (POs) and other operational tasks for the marketing team.
- Adapt and provide flexible support across the wider Marketing team as needed.

- Entry-level position – degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive individual with a strong willingness to support the team.
- Results-driven with an ability to measure and evaluate marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and work across different departments.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to embrace and drive change within the team and organisation.
- Full UK driving license required (due to store visits and trade events).
Starting Salary
£25,000 per annum
