Are you a bright, ambitious graduate looking to build a career in commercial marketing? Do you have a 2:1 degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Business, Sales, or a related discipline? Perhaps you've completed an industrial placement or internship, or have around a year's commercial or marketing experience and are now looking for a role where you can really develop. We're looking for someone who is commercially switched-on, highly organised, confident, and eager to learn to join an international marketing team supporting a growing division across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants genuine exposure to trade marketing, product launches, campaign development, commercial marketing, events, agencies, and European markets.
The Role
Working closely with product management and regional marketing teams across Europe, you'll play an important role in helping develop and deliver marketing activity that supports new product launches and commercial growth. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of marketing disciplines, whilst taking ownership of your own projects and building relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with EMEA Product Management teams to create effective marketing support materials for new product launches.
- Build strong relationships with European marketing teams, supporting local implementation and translation of marketing materials.
- Help develop campaigns and supporting marketing assets to drive growth within the division.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies across creative, print, production, and merchandising.
- Create agency briefs and coordinate projects through to completion.
- Take ownership of the Product Information Management system, ensuring accurate product information is maintained and supplied to downstream services including catalogues and websites.
- Work closely with Product Management and Regional Marketing Managers to develop campaigns and promotions supporting the commercial plan.
- Support the organisation and delivery of Pan-European conferences, events, and other marketing activities.
- Prepare quarterly press releases for new product launches.
- Support the creation and implementation of in-store Point of Sale for key product launches.
- Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines to ensure activity is delivered accurately and on time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
