TRADE MARKETING COORDINATOR – EMEA

MONSTER ENERGY | EMEA

READY TO MAKE SOME NOISE?

Monster Energy isn’t built to blend in. We’re aggressive. We’re ambitious. We’re constantly pushing forward. And behind every launch, campaign and piece of standout trade execution is a team making sure it hits the mark. We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA team and help turn big ideas into big commercial impact.

This is a role for someone who gets stuff done. Someone organised enough to keep multiple projects moving, creative enough to bring ideas to life and confident enough to work across markets, teams and agencies.

If you’re ready to get stuck in, keep things moving and help Monster show up BIG at retail — keep reading.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Bring launches to life – support NPD launches across EMEA, creating exciting trade toolkits that take products from comms through to customer execution.
  • Make the brand look badass – coordinate artwork requests, work with creative teams and agencies, and manage the localisation of master assets across markets.
  • Build the tools that sell – create and coordinate sales and trade marketing materials including POS, sell-in decks, pack shots, web assets, video and in-store activation concepts.
  • Think EMEA – work closely with central marketing, local sales and bottler teams to make sure trade programmes land effectively across different markets and channels.
  • Drive standout execution – support activity across Grocery, Convenience, Petrol, Wholesale and On-Premise channels, helping deliver the right tools to drive visibility and purchase.
  • Get close to the action – support consumer prize fulfilment and hospitality at events across the globe.
  • Keep the machine moving – manage POs, invoices, suppliers, logistics, internal processes and team administration. Because great marketing doesn't happen without great organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
