Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established toy brand on the search for a Trade Marketing Designer. This is a permanent role based in Harrow, London.

As the Trade Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating commercially focused design assets across digital, retail, trade marketing, and e-commerce channels. Working with both own-brand and licensed products, you will help bring products to life for retailers, consumers, and internal sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging trade marketing and digital assets across a broad portfolio of toy products and licensed brands.
  • Design Amazon A+ content, product listing imagery, enhanced brand content, banners, and other e-commerce materials.
  • Produce catalogues, trade advertisements, sales presentations, retailer sell-in materials, and point-of-sale assets.
  • Retouch product and lifestyle photography to ensure high-quality output for print and digital channels.
  • Prepare artwork for retailer portals, websites, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all creative work complies with relevant brand and licensing guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative teams to develop concepts, manage feedback, and deliver projects on time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong graphic design experience, ideally within toys, consumer products, licensing, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating Amazon A+ content and online retail assets is highly desirable.
  • Strong image retouching and photo editing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and commercial design principles.
  • Experience working with licensed brands and style guides is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
