Are you a commercially minded marketer with a passion for CRM, customer engagement, and driving growth?
We're looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our Brand & Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in growing our retail and hospitality customer base through targeted CRM campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, LinkedIn content, and trade portal optimisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and delivering B2B CRM and email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Using customer insights and segmentation to drive sales, repeat orders, and product adoption.
- Creating and managing content for brand LinkedIn pages.
- Supporting product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
- Developing sales presentations, retailer toolkits, and customer communications.
- Working closely with Ecommerce Operations to improve the customer experience and performance of our trade portal.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using data to optimise results.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in CRM, email marketing, trade marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Confidence analysing campaign performance and customer data.
- Excellent organisation and project management abilities.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is desirable.
- At least two years' experience in a marketing-related role, ideally within retail, hospitality, consumer goods, homewares, or a product-led business.
