The best brand idea in the world means nothing if it falls flat at the shelf. That's where you come in.

We're working with a global snacking brand that's become a genuine phenomenon — the kind of name that sells out, trends online and pulls a cult following wherever it lands. It's now scaling hard in the UK, backed by one of the biggest food businesses on the planet, with a target of £100m+ in retail sales within five years.

We can't name it yet. We can tell you it's a brand people already love, on a growth journey most people in this industry only dream about.

Why should you care?

Because you'd be the link between the big brand ideas and what a shopper actually sees in the aisle. On a brand growing this fast, landing in the biggest supermarkets in the country, your activation gets seen by millions — and you'll be close enough to the action to see the difference you make. Real ownership, real visibility, and plenty of room to grow as the brand does.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Turning brand and customer plans into activation that actually lands in grocery — in store and online
  • Bringing retail media, in-store displays, POS and promo mechanics to life alongside the account managers
  • Using shopper and category insight to make every bit of activation work harder
  • Managing agencies and POS production — keeping it on time, on budget and on-brand
  • Measuring what worked, being honest about what didn't, and doubling down on the good stuff
  • Working hand in glove with sales, brand and category to keep it all joined up

Who you are

You're part creative, part organiser, all commercial. You love seeing your work out in the real world rather than stuck in a deck. You can juggle a dozen moving parts without dropping any, and detail genuinely matters to you.

Some experience in trade, shopper or customer marketing, category, or a commercial/sales support role sets you up nicely — and any grocery exposure is a real plus. But the right mindset beats the perfect background.
