Trade Marketing Executive, Premium Eyecare, Dartford area (hybrid)

Jackson Rose Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-regarded premium eyecare brand to find a Trade Marketing Executive for their team near Dartford.

This role suits someone who understands how a brand wins with its trade partners and how that turns into demand from the end consumer. You'll work across B2B and B2B2C channels, helping optical practices and retail partners present and sell the brand well, so that it reaches patients and consumers in the right way.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and delivering trade marketing activity for independent opticians, optical groups and retail partners.
  • Creating sell-in materials, practice toolkits and promotional assets for the sales team and trade customers.
  • Running in-practice and point-of-sale activity, merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Working with partners on co-marketing that drives consumer footfall and demand through their channels.
  • Supporting trade events, launches and the professional communications that go with them.
  • Tracking campaign and sell-out performance and reporting on ROI.
  • Working closely with Sales, Brand and Product teams so trade activity matches wider brand plans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
