About the Role

Wex is looking for an organised and proactive Trade Marketing Executive to deliver engaging offline marketing activity across our retail stores, consumer and corporate events and partner activations.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across every physical customer touchpoint. You'll coordinate the production and implementation of point-of-sale materials, support new product launches, organise retail events and ensure our stores consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Brand Operations and external suppliers, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard and with strong attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning plans into action and wants to develop a career in retail and trade marketing.

Purpose

The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering the day-to-day execution of Wex's offline marketing activity.

The role supports the successful implementation of retail campaigns, supplier activations, corporate trade fairs/conferences, visual merchandising, customer events and point-of-sale activity, ensuring every store consistently reflects the Wex brand and current commercial priorities.

Working collaboratively across the business, the Trade Marketing Executive helps create engaging customer experiences that drive sales, strengthen supplier relationships and reinforce Wex as the UK's home of photo and video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day coordination and tracking of retail campaign across all stores, ensuring assets, communications and deadlines are delivered on time.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and on schedule.
  • Work closely with stores to support successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain campaign implementation guides and retail communications.
  • Monitor campaign standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
