About Us
Founded in Dubai only 5 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance. We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Executive is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of retail execution, brand activation, and account management. It's a true 360 trade role - spanning everything from in-store POS and NPD launches to B2B marketing and activation delivery - built for someone who is operationally sharp, commercially minded, and thrives when no two days look the same.
You'll be the engine room - the person who gets activations live, keeps accounts moving, and makes sure Humantra shows up brilliantly everywhere we're stocked. You'll need to be equally comfortable owning the detail and moving fast, because in a brand growing at this pace, both matter.
If you get a buzz from seeing your work on shelf, love being close to the action, and want to build real trade marketing expertise across a portfolio of incredible accounts - this is the role for you.
What you'll own
- Day-to-day marketing activity across our account base - spanning Grocery, High Street, and wider B2B channels - keeping activations, promotions, and POS delivery on track and aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Working with retail media agencies to ensure Humantra is highly visible on shelf and supported with the right in store/venue activations at the right moments.
- Own POS jobs and bespoke partner requests end-to-end, from briefing through to delivery.
- Manage Brandbank relationship and product display page optimisation - making sure every dot com listing has up-to-date visuals, descriptions, nutritional information, and is optimised for conversion.
- Ensuring all trade focused Humantra assets follow brand guidelines and messaging hierarchy.
- Coordinate NPD launch assets, briefs, and timelines to ensure new products land in trade with strong activation behind them - nothing falls through the cracks.
- Own the trade event calendar and relationship with our events and logistics partner.
- Conduct regular trade visits and merchandising checks - reviewing execution, assessing how we look vs. the category, and identifying opportunities to strengthen retailer relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
