Our client are a fast growth business.
They are now looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join the team.
You will support a portfolio of well-known global consumer brands, working closely with internal and external Trade Marketing stakeholders, the Sales team, Brand Managers, and the Creative team to deliver trade marketing activity across a broad portfolio of UK retail partners.
To be a primary point of contact within the group and for external partners on trade marketing initiatives across several well-known global consumer brands.
To plan, execute, and report on trade marketing activities for a variety of UK retailers, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
To serve as a brand ambassador, representing the business and its brands professionally in retailer meetings and other relevant forums, building positive relationships with retailers and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Trade Marketing
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade marketing campaigns across a wide range of UK retailers.
- Coordinate retailer marketing activity including digital campaigns, product launches, online content, POS, and promotional activity.
- Work closely with retailers, the Sales Team, and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet retailer requirements.
- Manage retailer marketing requests, ensuring deadlines and expectations are communicated and achieved.
- Support the management of trade marketing budgets, ensuring activity is delivered within agreed budgets.
- Help maintain consistency of branding and messaging across all retailer touchpoints.
- Build strong working relationships with retail marketing contacts and support joint marketing activity where appropriate.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of retailer marketing calendars and critical paths.

Retailer Content & Campaign Delivery
- Coordinate the delivery of digital assets, imagery, video content, product information, and marketing materials to retail partners.
- Ensure retailer websites and digital platforms accurately represent our brands and products.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve online brand presentation and customer experience.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotional activity, and new product launches across multiple retail channels.
- Ensure all retailer marketing activity is delivered on time and to the required standard.

Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate campaign plans, project trackers, and retailer activity schedules.
- Produce regular reports on campaign delivery and retailer activity.
- Support the Trade Marketing team with campaign planning, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working across the Trade Marketing function.
Miscellaneous Tasks
- Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role to support the effective operation of the Marketing team.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including Health & Safety and HR policies.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Account Management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with UK retailers or consumer brands would be advantageous.
