Your Purpose

Responsible for the execution and delivery of supplier-funded digital activation across myMolsonCoors, ensuring all activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivered to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

This role leads the management of the digital activation calendar and supports the delivery of online revenue targets through effective supplier engagement and campaign optimisation. It is accountable for coordinating all aspects of campaign execution, including content, promotional setup, and data integrity across relevant platforms and materials.

In addition, the role brings the own brand One Plan to life through Hotlines, contributes to demand planning through forecasting and performance tracking, while supporting key sales operations processes such as allergen management, product setup, pricing, and supplier data management. The position also plays an active role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across trade marketing operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of all supplier-funded digital activity on myMolsonCoors, ensuring the activation calendar is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with commercial priorities and the wider trade marketing plan.
  • Drive delivery of online revenue targets by managing supplier relationships, optimising campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to secure additional investment and improve return on activity
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative briefs, product setup, pricing, and promotional mechanics, ensuring all content, imagery, and data are accurate and delivered on time across digital platforms and supporting materials such as Hotlines and brochures
  • Support delivery of the own-brand One Plan through Hotlines activity, ensuring timely coordination of campaign materials, accurate setup of event pricing and codes, and alignment between digital and wider trade marketing activity.
  • Support the production of the Hotlines brochure, ensuring digital and offline activity is aligned with other production tasks as required.
  • Support sales operations processes including allergens, product and supplier data management, PO and pricing setup, and issue resolution, while maintaining systems and identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working across the team

About You

  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Marketing and/or sales experience within a dynamic business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Experience managing supplier performance and contractual compliance.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong IT and systems literacy.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £35,800.00 - £46,900.00 (posting salary range) plus a 9.25% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as required work location, previous experience, skills and internal equity.
