Trade Marketing Manager Location: North West London Working pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home (Friday) Salary: £60,000–£70,000

A leading international accessories brand is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team. This is a newly defined role offering significant ownership, visibility and the opportunity to shape how the brand is brought to life across international markets. Reporting directly to the CCO, you’ll work at the intersection of Trade Marketing, Sales, Product and Creative, driving commercial execution across a growing global distributor network.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the global trade marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, launches and retail initiatives are effectively planned, localised and executed across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the global trade marketing calendar across international markets.
  • Lead retail activations, trade shows, pop-ups, events and point-of-sale initiatives.
  • Ensure merchandising guidelines, display units and retail assets are effectively implemented across B2B channels.
  • Support new market entries, product launches and collection launches.
  • Localise global campaigns and marketing assets to meet the needs of individual markets.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market playbooks for priority markets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Creative, Product and Marketing to ensure strong commercial execution.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets, investment and allocation across markets.
  • Analyse sell-in, sell-through and market performance data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Continuously improve trade marketing processes, tools and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
