Trade Marketing Manager
London - 2/3 days a week.

Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading FMCG brand in their search for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their growing commercial team.

The Role:
We are looking for a candidate who can drive shopper engagement, execute best-in-class trade marketing activity and help accelerate growth across key retail channels. Here's how:
- Develop and deliver trade marketing plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Create impactful shopper marketing campaigns and in-store activations
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to maximise execution across customers
- Manage promotional planning, customer marketing initiatives and point-of-sale materials
- Analyse campaign performance, shopper insights and ROI to optimise future activity
- Support new product launches and ensure flawless execution across retail partners

About You:
- Previous experience in a Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing role
- FMCG experience preferred, with exposure to major retail customers
- Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and the path to purchase
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
