Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager | Luxury Beauty & Skincare Brand
Central London
£40k – £45k + Bonus and benefits
Our client is an internationally recognised luxury cosmetics brand, sold across 20+ global markets and stocked in some of the world's most prestigious premium beauty retailers. Backed by a fantastic senior leadership team with infectious passion and energy, they're looking to recruit a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to help bring Joint Business Plans to life, deliver seasonal activations and support new product launches, while ensuring strong brand storytelling and commercial impact across both in-store and online environments.

What you'll be doing:
- Executing trade marketing plans that drive visibility, engagement & sell-out across retail partners
- Leading GWP, sampling & seasonal promotional activity
- Bringing the brand world to life through VM rollouts, POS and in-store animations
- Supporting campaign reporting, ROI insights & competitor tracking
- Partnering closely with Commercial & Retail teams on Joint Business Plans

What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or VM within beauty or luxury retail
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for bringing beauty brands to life in-store
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, and a commercial mindset
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
