Are you passionate about consumer brands and commercial growth? Looking to join an ambitious, fast-growing business where you can have real ownership and make a tangible impact?
This exciting business has built strong momentum within its category and is now looking to expand its team with the appointment of a Trade Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where trade marketing is a key part of the wider commercial strategy.
This is not a traditional ‘Trade Marketing’ role, however. This is not really creative and executing shopper plans and necessarily bringing products to life in store. This could be a great opportunity for someone in sales wanting to get a foot into marketing, or someone in revenue growth management or MS&P, or even category management. You might have done a few rotations across brand category and sales, and this would be a great next step!
Working within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams, helping to translate brand strategy into impactful customer and channel activity. As you would expect within a growing business, this is a hands-on role where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, bring ideas to the table and help shape the future direction of the brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
