Trade Marketing Manager Red Bull

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Trade Marketing Manager for Red Bull Northern Ireland will be responsible for the growing Red Bull’s share in the market. They will be responsible for implementing the strategy within the NI market. The role entails driving trade marketing initiatives, event and festival execution, and implementing brand plans across the region. This role will look after the On, Off, and OOH Channel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop regional Trade Marketing Plans with KPIs linked to share and unit growth. These plans will focus on distribution, visibility, trade advocacy, and ROS driving initiatives.
  • Execute trade marketing plans across On Premise, Off Premise, and OOH, working with Sales teams and customers to achieve our aims.
  • Collaborate closely with NI Off Trade, On Trade, and Out of Home sales teams to deliver the commercial strategy and achieve business objectives.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the wider Richmond business, working closely with our IOI brand/marketing teams.
  • Liaise with all global brand principles and implement the global brand strategy in a locally relevant way in the NI market. Be the brand guardian for the portfolio, making sure all designs, principles, tone of voice, and activations are a true brand fit and targeting the right audiences.
  • Represent the business at key customer and group meetings, building strong relationships and influencing commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers in trade, spending a minimum of two days per month in the field to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the brand budgets and delivery of all activity within the agreed budget while achieving volume targets.
  • Brief in quarterly objectives to trade teams to ensure delivery of brand KPIs. Track and monitor KPIs and create assets to assist with KPI execution.
  • Compile insightful monthly & quarterly sales & trade marketing reports, outlining progress vs. brand KPIs and Rate of Sale.
  • Creation & Management of POS, visibility tools, trade listings, and consumer activations in trade.
  • Oversee Festival and event activation in the region, working closely with our festival and On Trade Partners.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities appropriate for the role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • An understanding of the FMCG Industry is essential.
  • 4 years of trade marketing or related experience.
  • Commercially astute with sound budget management experience.
  • Analytical, strategic, and ability to problem-solve.
  • Passionate about consumer trends and building brands in the Irish marketplace.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
