Do you want to build the global standards, tools and capabilities that help markets deliver stronger in-store execution and commercial impact?

This is not a traditional trade marketing role. As our new Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening executional excellence across Arla Foods’ Milk Based Beverages business. You will develop the frameworks, governance, tools and scalable solutions that help our local markets improve visibility, availability and commercial impact in-store.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping new ways of working and collaborating closely with markets to bring them to life. We are looking for someone who can build scalable frameworks and tools, influence across the organisation, and help markets deliver best-in-class in-store execution.

"The position can be based at Arla Foods Global HQ in Aarhus or in another Arla location within our European organisation. Final location will be agreed with the successful candidate."

says Michaela Czerwenka, Head of Beverage Excellence - Global MBB.

How you will make an impact

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will join our global Beverage Excellence team, which is responsible for developing go-to-market strategy and executional excellence across our beverage business. Working closely with commercial teams, category and brand, procurement, supply chain and local markets, you will help create the backbone that enables scalable execution globally. This role sits within the global Beverage Excellence organisation and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and international markets.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop and continuously evolve global strategies, standards, governance and future asset management solutions for coolers, displays and in-store execution across markets.
  • Build and deploy scalable trade marketing tools, frameworks and solutions that drive stronger in-store execution and commercial impact.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and alignment across Commercial, Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and local markets that improve asset effectiveness, standardization and cost efficiency.
  • Accelerate market adoption through capability building, training, playbooks, best-practice sharing and pilot programs.
  • Leverage performance data and insights to optimize asset investments, execution quality and business results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
